An original New York Cosmos baseball cap from 2011, featuring the number 10 as a tribute to Pelé.

Model New York Cosmos z 2011 The XS size is a clear nod to the incredibly colourful history of the New York club and its most recognisable figure – Pelé. The Brazilian legend played for the Cosmos between 1975–1977, contributing to a huge surge in the popularity of football in the United States and ensuring that the number 10 would go down in the club’s history.

The baseball cap was made from navy blue base, complemented by contrasting white sleeves. The collar and sleeve trims feature a striking colour combination yellow, blue, turquoise and white, ensuring that the whole design retains the distinctive, distinctly retro colour scheme associated with the New York Cosmos.

There is a large inscription on the sleeves NEW YORK COSMOS, which is one of the strongest elements of the entire collection. The sporty cut, inspired by classic American baseball jackets, complements the club’s identity perfectly and gives the design a distinctive, lifestyle-oriented character.

At the bottom of the front panel, there is number 10, which also appears on the back. This is a direct a tribute to Pelé, the greatest star in the history of the New York Cosmos, who currently wears that very number. As a result, this design is not merely part of the club’s kit, but also a nod to the most iconic period in the team’s history.

This is an offer for collectors and fans of retro football style who are looking for an original New York Cosmos baseball cap from 2011, with its characteristic in navy blue and white, multicoloured details, large lettering NEW YORK COSMOS and symbolic the number 10, in honour of Pelé.
