Right of withdrawal
We would like to inform you that you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date:
1) on which you took possession of the goods, or possession of the last of the goods if the contract involved the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately, or possession of the last lot or part if the contract involved the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or parts,
2) on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the goods or possession of the last of the goods if the contract involved the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately or possession of the last lot or piece if the contract involved the transfer of ownership of items delivered in lots or pieces.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Filip Nosel Football Thrift Shop ul. Derdowskiego 14, 80-209 Chwaszczyno, e-mail address: kontakt@footballthrift.shop, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of normal delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first in the case where the contract was for the sale of an item.
If the agreement concerned the purchase of an item, please send or hand the item over to us to the address Filip Nosel Football Thrift Shop 14 Derdowskiego Street, 80-209 Chwaszczyno immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.
You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
