This motto guided us in the creation of the shop and still accompanies us today, when it has been in operation for more than two years.

I got my first football jersey from my Godmother, and it was a 2006 Spain homecoming, and from that started my love for football and for Fernando Torres, who played for Liverpool at the time, and, I can't hide it, the affection for The Reds has remained to this day. That's how it all started, every now and then I'd get more jerseys and when I started earning money myself, more pieces appeared, chosen on the principle - cheap, nice and in my size. My wardrobe slowly started to fill up and I thought about combining business with pleasure, which is how the Football Thrift Shop came into being.

For a while it was purely a hobby project run mainly on Instagram and Twitter, but as interest started to grow and more and more shirts were sold, it was time for a real online shop. For a while the two of us ran it, but our paths diverged and now it's just me, Filip, left. However, it is no coincidence that I always refer to the shop as 'ours', because of the irreplaceable friends, family and acquaintances who have selflessly helped and supported my passion since the start of this business.

Our mission is to promote the scrimmage in the country, which we see growing day by day, and we try to select the shop's assortment so that there is something for everyone. Matchbooks, classics, jerseys with names, jackets, sweatshirts or trainers, in men's and children's sizes. We want to appeal not only to collectors, but also to encourage even non-football fans to wear the jerseys on a daily basis, to instil passion and make sportswear simply a fashion item, hence the 'lifestyle' in the slogan mentioned at the beginning!
