Original Arka Gdynia home football shirt from the 2002/03 season by Admiral.
Home model Arki Gdynia z 2002/03 seasonproduced by Admiral in size XXL, comes from an interesting period in the club's history, when the Yellow and Blue were still playing in the lower tiers of the competition, rebuilding their position after difficult years. It is an unusual piece, which was not used by the first team and is most likely a prototype prepared during the club's brief collaboration with the brand Admiral, when equipment contracts were much less formalised than they are today.
The T-shirt has been produced on a yellow base with contrasting blue sleeves. The design is completed by a collar finished in yellow and blue, echoing the traditional colours of the Arki Gdynia. The model has no sponsor prints, making its appearance extremely clean and minimalist. The wide cut characteristic of shirts from the early 21st century remains an additional distinctive feature.
Arka Gdynia is one of the most recognisable clubs in northern Poland. Founded in 1929, the team's greatest successes included winning the Polish Cup in 1979 and 2017 and the Polish Super Cup in 2017 and 2018. Many important players have passed through the club, including. Janusz Kupcewicz, Tomasz Korynt, Marcin Wachowicz, Marcus da Silva or Rafał Siemaszko, who, at various stages in history, have made their mark on the memory of the yellow and blue supporters.
The T-shirt is made from a lightweight and breathable material and the very generous cut in size XXL remains in line with the standards of the Admiral from the beginning of the 21st century.
This is for collectors and fans looking for an original home football jersey Arki Gdynia z 2002/03 season production Admiral, providing a clear record of one of the lesser-known but interesting chapters in the history of the Gdynia club.
