The line-up included, amongst others, Oliver Kahn, Stefan Effenberg, Mehmet Scholl, Giovane Élber and Bixente Lizarazu.

The T-shirt was produced on the classic red base, a feature typical of Bayern’s home kits. The design is broken up by a navy blue collar and navy blue sleeves, which give the kit a look that is very characteristic of the late 1990s. The combination of vibrant red and dark navy blue ensures that this kit remains one of the club’s most recognisable designs from the turn of the century.

The sponsor’s logo takes centre stage on the front Opel, one of the most iconic sponsors in the history of Bayern Munich shirts. The design is completed by the club crest and the logo Adidas, creating a classic and symmetrical composition typical of the manufacturer’s designs from that period.

There is a print on the back Michaela Wiesinger, who played for Bayern in the late 1990s and early 2000s. His name makes this shirt stand out from the much more common shirts featuring prints of that team’s biggest stars.
