Original Bayern Munich home football shirt from 1995/97, manufactured by Adidas, with Alexander Zickler's name printed on it.

The model prepared by Adidas for years 1995/97 for Bayern Munich, in size XL, represents one of the most recognisable aesthetics of the club in the mid-1990s. It was a time of rebuilding dominance on the domestic scene, stabilisation after difficult seasons and Bayern's return to the top of European football.

The T-shirt was produced in the form of blue and red stripes, with a distinct, wide arrangement of vertical stripes characteristic of this period. The design is complemented by white polo collar, emphasising the elegance of the classic cut, with the sponsor's print in the centre of the front. Opel, associated with one of Bayern's most iconic eras.

On the back there is print by Alexander Zickler, a striker whose name is rarely found on original copies from those years. Zickler was just starting his career in Munich at the time – fast, hard-working and offensively minded, he later became one of the most effective German league players at the turn of the century.

Years 1995-1997 were a period of return Bayern Munich to the top of the Bundesliga. In the 1995/96 season, the club won UEFA Cup, and the team consisted of players of the calibre of Jürgen Klinsmann, Lothar Matthäus, Markus Babla, Mario Basler, Christiana Ziege or Giovane Élber, who later joined and became part of the club's offensive history. The style of play was based on physicality, discipline and a wide rotation of young talents.

This is an offer for collectors and fans looking for Original Bayern Munich home football shirt from 1995/97 with Alexander Zickler's print – a rare highlight from the period of rebuilding the Bavarian giant's national and European position.
